Little Egypt Christian Youth Camp ( lecyc.com and reg.lecyc.com) is a Christian youth camp ministry. This policy explains what personal information we collect for camp operations, how we use it, and how we protect it. We will never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Parent / guardian name, email, phone, and mailing address
• Camper name, date of birth, age, and gender
• Medical notes, allergies, medications, and related permissions
• T-shirt size, church information, and cabin assignment (when used)
• Digital consent / signature when you register or express-register
• Parent account details if you use Parent login (to claim kids and express register)
• Basic technical logs needed to keep the sites secure and working

How we use your information

We use this information to:

• Process camp registrations and confirmations
• Communicate about sessions, payments, t-shirts, and logistics
• Support health & safety while campers are on site
• Assign cabins / groups and prepare staff lists
• Let returning parents claim prior campers and express-register for later sessions

Parent accounts & claiming kids

Parent login shows limited camper hints (first name and last initial) until you confirm last name and birth date. Failed attempts cool down and may lock for safety. Camp administrators can unlock a claim when a parent needs help. See Express registration for how that flow works.

Data storage & access

Registration and parent-account data are stored in our camp registration system and shared only with authorized LECYC staff and organizers who need it to run camp. Parent sign-in is handled by our authentication provider. We do not use your registration information for advertising.

Data retention

We keep registration records as needed for camp planning, health & safety history, and returning-family convenience (for example, claiming kids in a later year). We do not keep information longer than is reasonably needed for those purposes. You may request correction or deletion as described below.
