Mission

About Little Egypt Christian Youth Camp

Why LECYC exists — and what we hope every camper takes home.

LECYC (Little Egypt Christian Youth Camp) exists to provide a Christ-centered environment where young people can grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and experience the beauty of God's creation in the scenic outdoors of southern Illinois.

Our mission is to help campers develop a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through Bible study, worship, fellowship, and outdoor activities — an atmosphere where Christian values are lived out daily and each camper feels valued, loved, and encouraged.

Through chapel, Bible classes, recreation, and community living, we aim to equip young people to live as faithful Christians at home and at church.
